The Funds qualify for the Golden Visa as they (i) have a maturity period exceeding 5 years, (ii) allocate at least 60% of the investment value to companies based in Portugal, and (iii) are not intended, directly or indirectly, for real estate investment. The restrictions outlined in the current legislation are strictly reflected in the Funds' regulations. A declaration issued by the Fund manager, confirming compliance with the Golden Visa requirements, is made available to potential investors.
