  • When you sign up and participate in our open-house events, your name, contact information (address, phone, and email address), and preferences regarding apartments you may be potentially interested in (size and price range).

  • When entering into an agreement with us (including a reservation agreement via our website), your name, personal identification number, contact information (address, phone, and email address), and marital status, as well as other relevant data (except marital status data) of your authorized representative.

  • When applying for a job, your name, contact information (address, phone, and email address), and information regarding your education, professional skills, work history, etc.

  • When participating in our open-house events or other public events we organize, images of you (video and photographs).

  • When visiting our development sites, images of you, as well as all other types of personal data and activities visible in the area under video surveillance.

We process your personal data for the following purposes and have the following legal bases for processing:

  • To enter into an agreement with you or to fulfill an agreement entered into with you.

  • If you signed up to receive information that might interest you, we store your personal data for 5 years from the day we last contacted you. If you participated in an open-house event and we did not enter into any agreement with you, we store your personal data for 5 years from the day the event took place. If you unsuccessfully applied for a job, we store your personal data for 1 month after the position you applied for was officially filled. Based on your separate consent, we store relevant data for up to 6 months from the end of the recruitment process.
